What I suggest and have used for years (of coarse you can check with your doctor ) to have on hand for cold/flu:
Teas - ginger tumeric tea , mullein tea for lung health, and cold season tea , thyme for sore throats. At first sign of cold- Airborne, Yin chao (Cold Stop) , drink lots of water, wrap your throat with soft cloth or buff, extra greens, berries, - if it continues grapefruit seed extract is like an antibiotic without the side effects to the microbiome.
